Poha

Whether it is the simple poha or the awesome cabbage and methi parantha, I sure love my breakfast! If you notice a pattern, I sure pay a lot of attention to the kind of breakfast I have every day. I believe breakfast is definitely one of the most important meals of the day and should be as fresh as it can be. And here in India we have so many options for breakfast. Even if you make paranathas every day, you can get so many variations in it that it will last forever 🙂

And so many variations in idlis and dosas and adais! Our breakfast menus sure are so rich and varied! And if you are like me, I am sure you love the diverse kind of breakfast too! The best part is that you can definitely do some preps the previous day. Chopping the vegetables for the poha or making the dough for the parantha. This means getting up in the morning and just making the breakfast nice and hot!

And something like a pressure cooker pasta recipe! Isn’t it the easiest dish ever! Everything in a pressure cooker and your meal is ready in no time! And of course, you should have some nuts in your daily diet. If you are like me, you can actually make a mixture of all the nuts in a jar and just dip into it once a day to have a variety of nuts 🙂
