Coriander Chicken

Baked Eggs

Corn Chilli Muffins

Pav Bhaji with home made masala

Tomato Upma

Methi Khichdi

Since I am travelling through the mid of the week, I have not taken those days into account. I am just sharing the menu which I plan to follow personally. You can always check out the other weekly menus in case you are looking for something for those two days.

I plan my weekly menu to suit the weather and ensure that I take into account the seasonal produce. It just makes sense to keep that in mind, isn’t it? And sometimes, you just want to sit up and enjoy a comfort meal like a methi khichdi which is done in no time and yet is so soul satisfying.

I love my share of upma and eggs in the morning for breakfast and that obviously reflects in my breakfast menu. If you are making toasts for breakfast, try and buy whole meal or multi grain bread to keep the health factor in check. I have also realised that savory muffins make great breakfast options. Pair them up with some boiled eggs (Which can be boiled the previous night and refrigerated with their shells on) and you have a complete breakfast in plate. I usually do add boiled eggs, most days, to my breakfast, no matter what I end up making.

Eggs are a great source of protein and everyone in my family loves them. So just having some eggs just makes sense. And for dinner we usually do keep a salad by the side, no matter what we are eating. Again, just ensuring that there are enough vegetables in our daily diet.
