I think smoothies make the most convenient and healthy breakfast ever and so it is not a surprise that they are the most trending food on Pinterest these days. Endless bowls and glasses of smoothies can be found via a quick search and they are so versatile that sometimes one can even make do without a recipe really. Throw in fruits and vegetables which are in the fridge, some oats or muesli for the carbs you need in the morning to kick start your day, some milk, yoghurt or soy/nut milk depending on your liking and you have a custom smoothie ready.
