Meetha Gud ka parantha BM#4 Day 7
Meetha Gud ka Parantha is my grandmom's recipe which is filled with so much love! Delicious dry fruits are powdered and added with jaggery to make a kickass filling and put in as a stuffing to create an amazing dish!
- 1 tbsp jaggery
- 2 almonds powdered
- 2 cashews powdered
- handful raisins
- pinch cardamom powder
- ghee for frying paranthas
- 1 cup flour atta
Mix together all the ingredients, apart from ghee and dough, well.
Roll out the ball and put the above mixture in the centre and fold it to close it fully.
Roll it again and cook on a hot tava using ghee to fry well.
Serve hot with a glass of milk for a healthy breakfast for the kids.
