Meetha Gud ka parantha BM#4 Day 7

Meetha Gud ka Parantha is my grandmom's recipe which is filled with so much love! Delicious dry fruits are powdered and added with jaggery to make a kickass filling and put in as a stuffing to create an amazing dish! 
Course breads
Cuisine north indian, punjabi

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp jaggery
  • 2 almonds powdered
  • 2 cashews powdered
  • handful raisins
  • pinch cardamom powder
  • ghee for frying paranthas
  • 1 cup flour atta

Instructions
 

  • Mix together all the ingredients, apart from ghee and dough, well.
  • Roll out the ball and put the above mixture in the centre and fold it to close it fully.
  • Roll it again and cook on a hot tava using ghee to fry well.
  • Serve hot with a glass of milk for a healthy breakfast for the kids.
