Besan Ka Seera
Besan Ka Seera - Simple, healthy and so delicious! This is what they meant when they coined the term 'Soul Satifying Food'!

Cuisine Indian, punjabi
- 1/4 cup besan
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1.5 tbsp ghee
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1.5 cups milk (I like my seera a little liquid, make it one cup if you dont)
- pinch black pepper powder
Heat ghee in a pan and add the besan to it. Roast till it changes color and leaves a nice aroma.
Add cardamom powder to it and add cold milk constantly stirring it so that no lumps are formed.
Add sugar and boil for 4-5 minutes, turn off the heat, add black pepepr and eat it really hot.
