To make the dough for paranthas - knead together mashed avocado, whole wheat and spices with warm water. Knead for 3-4 minutes till soft. Set aside for resting.
Make 8-10 balls of the dough and roll out the parantha. Add cheese in the middle and fold in choice of shape.
Roll again and fry on the hot griddle till both sides are golden brown. Use ghee/oil for frying.
