Masala French Toast | Under 15 mins breakfast
Masala French toast is the perfect breakfast for busy weekday mornings! Under 15 minutes, high in protein and so delicious. Favourite breakfast EVER!

- 4 slices bread
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Jeera powder
- Salt to taste
For the filling
- 1 large onion finely chopped
- 1 large tomato finely chopped
- 2 green chillies finely chopped
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
- Salt to
Mix all the ingredients of the stuffing and keep aside.
Whisk together eggs, milk and spices till nice and frothy.
Take two slices of bread, spread the stuffing even between the two.
Dip this in the egg mixture and cook on the lightly greased pan till golden brown on both sides.
As a good Indian, eat this with tomato ketchup and green chutney and don’t forget your cup of chai
