Photo Review : Italian Month at Red Fork, Indiranagar

A review of the Italian Month at Red Fork, Indiranagar!

Red Fork, Indiranagar currently is one of my most favorite eating places in the town. I was there last week with a few friends over dinner and totally enjoyed the Italian month they are having currently. Each dish is unique and stands out with flavours and textures which are outstanding. Very well thought and executed menu.

Cell phone pictures so please forgive the quality, I had to post these nonetheless.

Red Fork, Indiranagar

Pesto Arancini : Arancini are rice balls filled with melting cheese, usually made with leftover risotto. These flavored with Pesto were stellar.

Onion Rings – the kids loved this one and errr the adults too!

Fennel, Zucchini and Parmesan salad. Beautiful textures in this one and a very clever use of Chakotra (grapefruit).

Hand rolled fettucini with smoked aubergine puree, ricotta, cherry tomatoes, almond and raisins. Perfection, this was though, totally different than what you would normally think of your pasta.

Fish with sauteed veggies and a citrus sauce. My favorite dish for the day!

Who would have think that I will go to Red fork and order a pizza, but we did and stellar one at that. Hard rolled, thin crusted with just the right amount of cheese.

Tres Leches Cake with berry compote. Right soaked and delightful.

White chocolate pannacotta, I think the only thing that I didn’t quite like that day. It was too sweet for me, yes I know its white chocolate but it probably needed a little balancing somewhere.
