Everyone loves sandwiches! Easy to put together, can be so versatile and for me personally works for any meal of the day. This Hung Curd Sandwich is the favourite at home because it covers the taste and health in equal parts.
- 4 bread slices whole wheat/multi grain
- 1 cup curd
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 carrot grated
- 1/2 cup cabbage grated
- 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- pinch cinnamon powder
- 2 tsp coriander leaves
To make Hung Curd sandwiches, mix all the filling ingredients
Spread it evenly on one slice of bread and cover with another.
Grill them in a sandwich maker or roast them on a hot tava using a bit of oil/butter
