Cinnamon Raisin Muffins | Bm6.2 | Post 3
Cinnamon Raisin Muffins combine the subtle flavor of cinnamon with the sweetness of raisins, to create a great lunchbox option :)
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup maida
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 tsps cinnamon powder
- 1/3 cup sugar (u can go a little low too)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract pure ( u can use the normal vanilla essence)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 cup raisins
Beat eggs, sugar and honey together till just mixed. Add vanilla extract.
Sift the flours, salt and baking powder together.
Take a little flour mix and mix the raisins in it keep aside.
Mix the wet and the dry ingredients till just about mixed.
Fold in the raisins and fill in the lined muffin tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for about 12 to 15 minutes till done.
