Strawberry, Lettuce & Feta Cheese Salad
This Strawberry, Lettuce & Feta Cheese Salad is perfect for Valentines or anytime you want to have a romantic sit down meal.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Strawberry Vinaigrette
- Handful of greens (lettuce, baby spinach, rocket)
- 8 strawberries sliced
- 3 figs sliced
- 2 tbsp feat cheese
- 2 tsp pistachio roughly crushed
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp black peppercorns freshly ground
Instructions
- Wash, dry and roughly chop the greens. Slice strawberries and figs
- Mix all the salad ingredients gently and serve immediately.
