Chura Dahi : Flattened Rice & Yoghurt Parfait

Wash the poha thoroughly in running water and then soak in 2 tbsp of milk for 15 minutes.
Add whisked curd and treacle to the soaked poha. You can reduce or increase the curd depending on the texture and thickness you like.
Top with fruits and serve chilled.
In case you want to make a savoury version of the same, skip the treacle add chopped cucumber, grated carrots, chopped green chillies and salt. I really do like the savoury version as well.
