Everyday Fish Roast

A simple and healthy fish roast recipe which you can make any day of the week which is delicious and yummy!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 seer fish slices
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp masala tandoori
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Ajwain seeds
  • to taste salt
  • 1 tsp fish oil for each to roast

Instructions
 

  • mix all the ingredients apart from oil and fish together.
  • Coat fish in this marinade and set aside for 1 hour.
  • Heat a tava and pour 1/2 tsp of oil on it and roast the fish well for about 2 minutes.
  • Turn and repeat for the other side, yes its ready to eat!
