Mango Salsa | BM6 Post 1

This delicious and tangy Mango Salsa is the perfect dip or snack for summer times. Sweet, spicy and sour at the same time, it packs the perfect flavours combinations that can be enjoyed by everyone!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mango chopped (large)
  • 1 onion chopped (small)
  • 1 tomato chopped (medium)
  • 4 - 5 chillies
  • to taste rock salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • coriander chopped to garnish

Instructions
 

  • As I said before, this is probably one of the easiest recipes ever
  • All you have to do is just toss everything together and let is sit in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
  • Hope you enjoy the king of fruits in this form!

Note
Chillies - One can use whatever at hand, I used cherry chilles, decently fiery with a slight tang to them, remove seeds in case you dont want it too fiery. I like the balance the spicy chillies bring with the sweet mango
