Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocado I used fairly large ones
  • 1 cup basil leaves
  • 1/3 cup Walnuts toasted
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Grind together all the ingredients in a food processor adding olive oil slowly till smooth.
  • Store in an airtight bottle topped with a thin layer of Olive Oil
