Mango Sriracha Hummus Recipe

How to make Mango Sriracha Hummus.  Easy, delicious, healthy and spicy dip for the summer. And what is even better it works well as a spread too. I made a large batch last week and it got over in less than a day. All of us at home have been eating with EVERY THING. Even with parantha. Yes don’t look at me like that, try it and you might be doing the same.

Mango Sriracha Hummus is a delicious, spicy, creamy dip which is my new found love. I have been obsessed with mangoes this season and created a pinterest board to collect many mango recipes. One such recipe was  Mango Sriracha Hummus (no it is not my own genius idea inspite of the fact that I am pretty genius in reality. LOL)

Mango Sriracha Hummus

One look and I knew this is a dip I will love. I love hummus and I love mangoes and I love Sriracha. Yes all my love’s in one dip together, there was no way I wasn’t going to try it. Chickpeas were soaked promptly to try it out. I tweaked the recipe a bit to suit my taste and I think as a result I have a winner at home. The perfect balance of sweetness, spice and tanginess works so well in this one.

Spicy Mango Dip

The first taste that hits you is the mango, then the spice slowly makes it appearance and you feel the tang in the end. Every bite is very satisfying and delicious. After eating a whole bowl of it with lavaash, I made myself a toast, spread the Mango Sriracha Hummus on it, sprinkled some ricotta cheese, basil leaves and some more mango and had the most delicious open fruity sandwich. Wish I had clicked a picture of the same but I might do a post on that separately may be. Till that time, here is the recipe and it is as easy as 1-2-3. So don’t wait, make it and share a picture with me. Won’t you?
