Launching the Sin-A-Mon Tales you tube channel! Exciting times ahead!

I have been sitting on the idea of the sin-a-mon tales you tube channel since a long time now. But every time I would be stuck on what to do with it and one thing I was sure was I won’t just make videos for the heck of making them.

 

I flirted with the idea of tasty kind quick videos, or the standard face camera and cook kinds but nothing seemed to work for me in my head. and then I finally found the format that appealed to me.

What I love most about blogging is sharing stories and memories along with the recipes because I strongly believe recipes are hardly anything without the stories. And the channel will do the same, that is what we are attempting with the channel.

Here is a little description about the channel. Hope you will like them as much as I enjoyed making them.

Food is more than just about subsistence. Food nurtures and heals a broken heart, it makes or breaks our vacations, we even remember big life events by what we ate. It is almost the vocabulary of our life. Sin-a-mon Tales is a canvas for the wide array of memories, stories and sensory experiences we relate to food. I have finally taken the plunge to launch the you tube channel that takes you on a journey with me, a journey of nostalgia, a journey into my favorite foods and where I relive some of the food traditions in my family.
