I don’t know about you but I often have those oh my God, I forgot to cook or the days when I am so lazy that I don’t want to spend more than 10 minutes in the kitchen or the days when I have friends call me 20 mins before they land and I would start running like a headless chicken on what to put on the table with that beer. like this lemon pepper prawns!

These prawns my first answer to all these situations. Exactly 5 ingredients which are always available in my pantry and some prawns which I mostly have a frozen batch in my freezer makes these delightful prawns! Lemon pepper Prawns

If there is one thing I like about cooking, it is cooking something which is quick, simple and tasty. I love cooking dishes which are minimal and yet have an amazing taste! Often, we think of only complicated recipes when we have guests coming for dinner. But trust me, something like this done in 30 minutes Lehsuni paneer for a starter, or a chai masala chocolate fudge for dessert work really well too! Why go in for something super elaborate when you can create an amazing spread with simple recipes?

Well, sometimes we do need an elaborate set up, but if you are in a rush, then this is one recipe you should be book marking, because delicious is the word for this one!
