Nutrition Pack Parathas

These nutrition packed paranthas are my innovation which pack loads of vegetables and healthy flours into a parantha and make it a healthy option!

  • 1.5 cups atta flour
  • 1/2 cup sweet corn kernels (parboiled and crushed)
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1 bunch palak leaves chopped
  • 1 bunch methi leaves chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Ajwain seeds
  • 1 tsp oil
  • to taste salt
  • pinch red chilli powder
  • mozzarella cheese some
  • green chillies (optional)


  • Knead all ingredients apart from cheese together to make dough.
  • With the dough, roll out small paranthas and stuff with cheese.
  • Seal the edges and roll again.
  • Fry both sides using oil, ghee or butter, whatever your child prefers.
  • Serve with curd.
