Power ingredients in a parantha

Paranthas packed with so much nutrition and taste that you just can't get them wrong! All different kinds of flours and some leafy vegetables - This is a one pot meal in itself, really!

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup ragi flour
  • 1/2 soya flour
  • 1/2 gram flour
  • 1 bunch methi leaves pureed
  • 1 bunch spinach leaves finely chopped
  • 1 onion small finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • salt
  • chilli


  • Mix together all ingredients and knead to make a soft chapati dough.
  • Take a ball to make paranthas and it into a chapathi size and then spread oil on top and roll in it a spiral,
  • Roll again and you will get enough lachas in the parantha :) You can just make it into normal paranthas as well. Enjoy a hot meal!
