Power ingredients in a parantha
Paranthas packed with so much nutrition and taste that you just can't get them wrong! All different kinds of flours and some leafy vegetables - This is a one pot meal in itself, really!

- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup ragi flour
- 1/2 soya flour
- 1/2 gram flour
- 1 bunch methi leaves pureed
- 1 bunch spinach leaves finely chopped
- 1 onion small finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp ajwain
- 1/2 cup curd
- salt
- chilli
Mix together all ingredients and knead to make a soft chapati dough.
Take a ball to make paranthas and it into a chapathi size and then spread oil on top and roll in it a spiral,
Roll again and you will get enough lachas in the parantha :) You can just make it into normal paranthas as well. Enjoy a hot meal!
