Everyday Fish Roast
A simple and healthy fish roast recipe which you can make any day of the week which is delicious and yummy!

- 4 seer fish slices
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tbsp masala tandoori
- 2 tbsps lemon juice
- 1 tsp Ajwain seeds
- to taste salt
- 1 tsp fish oil for each to roast
mix all the ingredients apart from oil and fish together.
Coat fish in this marinade and set aside for 1 hour.
Heat a tava and pour 1/2 tsp of oil on it and roast the fish well for about 2 minutes.
Turn and repeat for the other side, yes its ready to eat!
