Black Forest Muffins
Black Forest Muffins are my take on the always-loved black forest cake! These are simple to make and the perfect dessert or lunchbox option!

Ingredients

150
gm
dark chocolate
1
cup
water
1/3
cup
butter
softened
1
cup
whole wheat flour
1
cup
all purpose flour
2
tsps
baking powder
1
tbsp
cocoa
powder
1/2
cup
caster sugar
1
cup
cherries
tinned
Instructions
Bring the water to boil and melt the chopped dark chocolate in it.
Mix this with the rest of the ingredients apart from cherries till just mixed.
Fold in cherries.
Pour in muffins lined with paper cups or greased and dusted.
Bake in a pre heated oven at 180C for about 20 minutes till the skewer comes out clean.
