Pupcakes for the new boy in the house

Pupcakes for the awesome new friend at our house!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup ragi
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup curd
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 apple pureed
  • handful biscuits mini dog for decoration

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180C. Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
  • Mix both the flours and baking powder and soda together.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together all the liquid ingredients.
  • Add flour to it and whisk till just mixed.
  • Spoon the batter into cupcake papers, about 3/4 full. Place a dog biscuit in the center of each filled cup.
  • Bake 16-18 minutes.
