- 2 cups fresh mulberries
- 1 medium apple peeled and finely chopped
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 inch ginger grated
- 2 tsp chilli flakes reduce if you like less spicy
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Heat Olive Oil in a pan and sautee onions till lightly browned
Add apple and caramelise apples till it is slightly browned. About 3-4 minutes
Add the rest of the ingredients and cook on simmer till apples are cooked well and mushy.
Cool completely and store it in an airtight bottle. Refrigerate and serve as and when required. It stores well for about 7-10 days !
