- 1 cup cholia seeds, boiled
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup lettuce leaves
For the dressing
- 1.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp anardana dry pomegranate seeds
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Jeera powder cumin powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
If you manage to get very tender cholia, you can use it raw without boiling.
Use oven on pan roasted cholia for an interesting variation to the salad.
