1 cup oats flour(see notes if you don't have oats flour)
2tbspwhole wheat flour
1large egg(see notes for replacement)
1/2cupbuttermilk(or more if your batter feels thick)
1large bananaoverripe, black and mushy the best
3tbspbrown sugar
2tbspbyttermelted
1tsp baking powder
1/2tsp cinnamon powder
Instructions
Mix together all the dry ingredients i.e oats flour, baking powder, atta, cinnamon powder and set aside
Using a blender or fork depending on how ripe your banana is mash it well. Add one egg, buttermilk and melted butter and whisk till smooth.
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients together till well mixed.
Heat a cast iron pan or tawa and brush it with butter. Drop a laddle full of batter on the hot tawa. Do not spread as it will spread itself, if it is not spreading add a few spoons of milk to the batter before pouring the next pancake
When the bubbles start forming on top, flip the pancake and cook till lightly brown.
Serve warm with honey, maple syrup, jam or anything you have at hand.
Notes
Oats Flour - If you don't have oats flour at home, lightly roast oats and grind them in a moxie Egg - If you don't want to use egg, just add 2 tbsp of curd. Works for this recipe
