Weekly Menu WW2716

Weekly Menu for this week as it pours cats and dogs here!

It’s monsoon, pouring cats and dogs on most days in Bangalore. I have spicy and fresh food on my mind in this weekly menu. The produce is tougher to find. We are staying off seafood as it is mating season. This is the time I find making menu the toughest. How to balance the good with the bad that heart craves for. I attempt in this interesting menu for the house and for you 🙂

The idea behind the weekly menu is to create a base which we can work on so that we don’t have to rack our brains everyday on what to make. While we may not follow it exactly, it sure gives us some guidance on what we can think of cooking. So even if you skip a couple of meals or couple of days, just keep this as a guide to what you can cook through the week.

The best part is you can do some preps and buy what is needed, so that you don’t have to scramble at the last minute wondering what to buy and what to cook. Also, most of these recipes are really easy to make and definitely a hit in my family 🙂

So use this weekly menu as a guide this week and see how it makes your life so much easier. Have I told you that I have started relying on these heavily! Easy when you need to get a million other things done 🙂
