Pearl Onion Pulao
Pearl Onion Pulao is a simple dish combines onions and some basic spices to create a delicious rice dish!

Instructions
  1. Wash and soak the rice for 1/2 hour. Heat oil, jeera,cloves, cinnamon, pepper, curry leaves, dry red chillies and bayleaf.
  2. After a minute add shallots and fry till they start turning pink.
  3. Add salt and 2 cups of water. Let it boil.
  4. Add rice and Pressure cook for 1 whistle or put everything in a rice cooker and let it cook.
  5. Seperate the grains using a fork, serve with raita or curry of your choice.
