Masala Chilli Cookies – Post 3
Masala chilli cookies are the perfect teatime snack option! They are an amazing addition to the lunchbox too!
For the masala
  1. Grind all masalas together to form a thick paste.
  2. Cream the butter, sugar, milk powder and custard powder together.
  3. Mix baking powder with the flour and gradually add to above and mix well.
  4. Mix curd and water to the above mixture.
  5. Add the masala and knead a little to form a dough.
  6. Roll with a rolling pin using a little dry dough if needed (don’t use too much though)
  7. Cut with round or any desired cutters or shape with hand.
  8. Place in a baking tray and bake at 150C for around 10 mins or till done.
Recipe Notes

PS: These quantities yield quite a lot of the cookies, so make half quantity stated in the recipe if you like.

Note: You can reduce the quantity of butter but then you won’t get the khasta biscuit texture.

If you make this, share a picture with me on twitterinstagram or Facebook? I would love to hear what you have to say about it !
