Easy Eggless Wholewheat Mango Pancakes
Who doesn’t love pancakes? It is one of most favorite breakfast of the in-house brat. And these whole wheat Mango pancakes are perfect for that summer variation. And oh, they are eggless too!

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together and blend well together to get a smooth runny batter.
  2. Heat a pan and pour a ladle full over the hot pan and let it spread by itself.
  3. DO NOT spread it like a dosa unless you want a crepe 🙂
  4. If you are adding choco chips, sprinkle on top, at this point the pan cake will look so pretty! (This is an optional step, if you are adding choco chips about 1/2-3/4 cup is enough)
  5. Flip over when it bubbles and the sides become a bit dry.
  6. Cook the other side too and serve with freshly cut mangoes, maple syrup and cherries or any other fruits handy

You can put a little more sugar if you want. My mangoes were really sweet, so I used very less sugar.
