For the dressing
For assembling the salad
Instructions
  1. Rub all the spices on the chicken and then cook in a pan with olive oil till done and browned on top
  2. Shake all ingredients of the dressing together to emulisfy them
  3. Slice chicken into strips and mix with the rest of the salad ingredients. Add dressing and gently mix
  4. Serve immediately
