Mom’s Special
Bread rolls – Deep fried bread stuffed with mashed potato, peas, and spices in an indulgent all right. But a very worthy indulgent. Here is my mother’s step by step foolproof recipe to make the same. 
  1. Mix all filling ingredients and divide it into 6 equal parts.
  2. Take a slice of bread, Cut the ends (optional). Dip it in cold water and then squeeze out the water.
  3. Take a ball of the filling, place it in the bread. Then roll the bread making sure it is completely sealed. Check the video for how
  4. Repeat for all slices.
  5. Deep fry in oil till evenly golden brown
  6. Serve hot absolute sinful but delicious bread rolls with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
