Besan Ka Seera
Besan Ka Seera – Simple, healthy and so delicious! This is what they meant when they coined the term ‘Soul Satifying Food’!
  1. Heat ghee in a pan and add the besan to it. Roast till it changes color and leaves a nice aroma.
  2. Add cardamom powder to it and add cold milk constantly stirring it so that no lumps are formed.
  3. Add sugar and boil for 4-5 minutes, turn off the heat, add black pepepr and eat it really hot.
