A day for Baking
A simple baked pasta recipe which serves as the perfect dinner option, full of health and taste! 
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Boil pasta as per instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan.
  3. Add the herbs and onions and fry for 3-4 minutes. The onions won’t really turn brown because of olive oil and butter.
  4. Add the veggies and stir fry for 3-6 minutes depending on whether you have blanched your veggies or not.
  5. Add salt and red chilli flakes.
  6. Fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle the grated cheese.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for about 5 mins till the cheese is nicely melted.
  9. Serve hot.
