Rasmalai : ICC

A delicious Rasmalai as a part of the Indian Cooking Challenge!

Rasamalai is a sweet I love to the core. So when Srivalli announced that this month’s challenge is going to be Rasmalai, I was delighted. I was grinning like a baby πŸ˜€ that yes, am going to make rasmalai.

I had fun making it and totally enjoyed myself eating it too. It was so light, spongy and yummy :D.

    Yummm!!!
Put in the recipe if you can please!
I’m a big fan of Rasmalai and all bengali sweets… But I’ve always thought they’re too hard to make at home. Why put in so much effort if you can just buy them off every street corner!
    Prove me wrong!
