Twenty 21 at Whitefield Bangalore is a delightful place to dine in! Its not often that I make a trip to Whitefield (and come to think of it I almost used to live there before). Living in kormangala has spoiled me no ends. Any distance more than 10 kms feels like a city away really and Whitefield even more so. So when a friend was calling me to Twenty 21, I kept on pushing it in my mind thinking is there anyway I can avoid it ;) But finally, I gave in after sometime and I am glad I … [Read more...]

The year that went by and my plans and aspirations for the New coming year! The year that went by has been very nice in matters concerning the kitchen. As a SAHM, this year gave me more time and opportunities to cook which is something I have always enjoyed. The highlight of the last year most certainly has been the baking course that I did from Institute of Baking and Cake Art. Most of the things I learnt were the things I knew anyway, but the course added a whole new dimension to my hobby. … [Read more...]

We were wondering where to go so … [Read more...]

Bread rolls - Deep fried bread stuffed with mashed potato, peas, and spices in an indulgent all right. But a very worthy indulgent. Here is my mother's step by step foolproof recipe to make the same.
