Mango Pachadi or the raw mango coconut chutney is a delightful accompaniment to dosas, idlis or even paranthas! Easy to make and yummy with a tangy taste!
Today is the last day of BM. Seven days just flew by. This time, Valli has a very interesting twist to the whole series. For the last day, we have to make something from the person we are paired with around the theme. And I had been paired with Harini. While I was browsing her blog for what to make, I had many ideas but decided to make this Mango Pachadi/Coconut Mango Chutney. We had it with vegetables dosas for dinner tonight. And yes, we love it so much that we can have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner 🙂
I hope you enjoyed the mango marathon along with me. Its unbelievable on how many mango recipes I still have in my drafts to be published. There is aam panna, mango rice, mango blueberry crumble, mango pudding, raw mango rasam and the list goes on 🙂 Valli, may be, I should have done the mango theme for 15 days 🙂 I guess it is evident that I am a mango freak. I, not only eat and smell mangoes during the summer season, I also dream about them 🙂
I think mangoes are one of the most delicious fruits ever! And there are so many varieties available. After coming to Bangalore, I have discovered some amazing varieties which I have never had, while I was growing up in Delhi.
And oh, here the BM recipes which I posted in the last week.

Day 2 : Three Layered Mango CheeseCake
Day 3 : Instant Raw Mango Pickle
Day 4 : Mango Pancakes
Day 5 : Mango Bread
Day 6 : Mango Pista Ice Cream
