Ingredients

Green gram sprouts
1 cup
Small onion
1
Cucumber
1
Medium tomato
1
Medium boiled potato
1
Kellogg’s Nut Magic Muesli
½ cup of
Chaat masala
1 tsp
Green chutney
1 tsp
Chilli powder
¼ tsp
Jeera powder
½ tsp
Salt
to taste
Juice of lemon
one

Steps

  1. Wash and keep aside the moong sprouts, I like the crunch and hence I use them raw. If you like you can steam them for 2-3 minutes
  2. Peel and chop onion finely. Peel, deseed and finely chop the cucumber. Deseed and finely chop the tomatoes and boiled potato as well.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together and serve immediately.
