These prawns my first answer to all these situations. Exactly 5 ingredients which are always available in my pantry and some prawns which I mostly have a frozen batch in my freezer makes these delightful prawns that can be eaten as a starter with a chilled beer or as a main course along with a salad and some garlic bread to wipe that lemony buttery sauce.

Garlic Lemon Pepper Prawns

Ingredients

Medium prawns, deveined tail on
500 grams
Butter
2 tbsps
Garlic, chopped
10-12 pods of
Freshly ground pepper
1 tsp
Juice of lemon
one

Steps

  1. Heat butter in a cast iron pan and add garlic to it. Sauté for one minute and add the prawns. Sauté till they turn pink and are cooked. This should take about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add ground pepper and mix. Turn off the heat and add lemon juice. Stir and serve hot
